At Top Tier Trading Cards Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

Please note that our return policy applies only to Products purchased directly from our website at www.toptiertradingcards.co.uk and not from third-party retailers.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The Product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Trading cards: Sealed or unopened packs may be returned. However, opened trading card packs or graded cards are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
  • Accessories: Trading card accessories (e.g., sleeves, binders, cases) must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return.
  • Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase, such as the order number, receipt, or order confirmation email.
  1. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or unsealed trading cards.
  • Graded cards or items that have been personalized or modified after purchase.
  • Gift cards or any digital products.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or clearance items.
  1. Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@toptiertradingcards.co.uk or use our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your product.
    • Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: After we review your return request, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

    • Please securely package the item(s) and ship it back to us, using a trackable shipping service.
  1. Inspection of Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions.
    • If the item is not in its original condition, or if it does not meet the return eligibility requirements, we may refuse the return.
  1. Refunds

Upon successful return approval and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we will contact you to inform you of the issue.
  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If the Product you received is defective, damaged, or was sent in error, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  • Report issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide us with clear photos of the damage or defect for our records.
  1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The exchange is requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on Products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy.
